\n7. Delivery and pick up<\/span><\/p>\n

7.1 Deliveries will be made by the Carrier to the address stipulated in your order. You must ensure that someone is present to accept delivery.<\/span><\/p>\n

7.2 If we are not able to deliver your Goods within 30 days of the date of your order, we shall notify you by e-mail to arrange another date for delivery.<\/span><\/p>\n

7.3 We may deliver the Goods in instalments if they are not all available at the same time for delivery.<\/span><\/p>\n

7.4 Goods are sent at our risk until signed for by you or by any other person at the address you have given to us.<\/span><\/p>\n

7.5 All goods must be signed for on delivery by an adult aged 18 years or over. If no one of that age is at the address when the delivery is attempted the goods may be retained by the driver. When your Goods arrive it is important that you check immediately the condition and quantity. If your Goods have been damaged in transit, you must refuse the delivery and contact us so that we may dispatch a replacement quickly and minimise your inconvenience.<\/span><\/p>\n

\n7.13.3 you agree that you are responsible for everything that happens after you take possession of the Goods, both on and off our premises, including damage to property of any sort, belonging to any person.<\/span><\/p>\n


\n8. Foreign taxes and duties<\/span><\/p>\n

8.1 If you are not in the UK, we have no knowledge of, and no responsibility for, the laws in your country.<\/p>\n

8.2 You are responsible for purchasing Goods which you are lawfully able to import and for the payment of import duties and taxes of any kind levied in your country.<\/span><\/p>\n


\n9. Liability for subsequent defects<\/span><\/p>\n

9.1 We will repair or replace Goods which fail to comply with the provisions of the Sale of Goods Act 1979 or which show a defect. If you claim that the item is defective, the following conditions apply:<\/span><\/p>\n

9.1.1 the defect must be reported to us within four weeks of becoming apparent;

\n9.1.4 Atomizers are disposable items and we will only replace if DOA<\/span><\/p>\n

9.2 If we agree that we are liable, we will refund the cost of return carriage and will replace the Goods free of charge.<\/span><\/p>\n

9.3 If we\u00a0 replace Goods, you have no additional claim against us either under this agreement or by statute or common law, in respect of the defect.
\n10. All kits come with a 28-day parts warranty from date of receipt. Purchasers should be aware that our electronic cigarette atomizers and batteries, although made to the highest quality, may fail or degrade over a period of time. (An electronic cigarette atomizer’s natural lifespan is around 14-60 days and an electronic cigarette battery’s expected lifespan is 2-3 months). This is not a guarantee that the Consumer will “like” the Electronic Cigarette, simply that it will function as described within the specified timeframe.
\n11. Atomizers purchased as “singles” i.e. not as part of a multi-pack are also covered by a 7 day warranty period from date of receipt. (This warranty does not cover Low Resistance Atomizers, ). Each page details the warranty information of the specific product and we recommend that you read this before choosing to purchase. Batteries are warranted for 28 Days.
\n12. Any replacement parts are warranted from the date of delivery of the original order.<\/span><\/p>\n

13. Goods returned<\/span><\/p>\n

These provisions apply in the event that you return any Goods to us for any reason:<\/span><\/p>\n

13.1 We do not accept returns unless you buy as a consumer, or there was a defect in the Goods at the time of purchase, or we have agreed in correspondence that you may return them.<\/span><\/p>\n

13.2 Before you return a product to us, please carefully re-read the instructions and check that you have assembled it correctly and complied with any provisions relating to the power supply, plugs and sockets.<\/span><\/p>\n

13.3 The Goods must be returned to us as soon as any defect is discovered.<\/span><\/p>\n

13.6 In returning a faulty item please enclose with it a note clearly stating the fault and when it arises or arose.<\/span><\/p>\n

13.7 Please first check the plug, fuse, batteries and the manufacturer’s operating instructions.<\/span><\/p>\n

13.8 If delivery was made to a UK address, you are also protected by the Sale of Goods Act 1979 and Supply of Goods and Services Act 1982.<\/span><\/p>\n

13.9 If we agree that the item is faulty, we will:<\/span><\/p>\n

13.9.1 refund the cost of return carriage;
\n13.9.2 repair or replace the item as we choose.<\/span><\/p>\n


\n14. Waste Electronic and Electrical Equipment Regulations 2006<\/span><\/p>\n

14.1 These regulations provide that suppliers of equipment like high street shops and internet retailers must allow consumers to return their waste equipment free of charge.<\/span><\/p>\n

14.2 Our obligation is to take back from you any electronic or electrical product when you buy a replacement product for similar use.<\/span><\/p>\n

14.3 If you wish to take advantage of this service, you must return your waste item within 28 days of buying your new one. You must pay the carriage cost to us.<\/span><\/p>\n


\n15. Disclaimers<\/span><\/p>\n

Wholesale orders will only be dispatched if ordered on the Website, all other orders will be at the discretion of our Company. If you choose to order outside of our website we do not guarantee delivery or supply and our terms will be strictly no Credit. If you do require an Urgent delivery or Pickup from our Unit, by becoming a Wholesale Customer you agree to all of our Terms and Conditions. Free shipping is available to customers who’s order exceeds \u00a31000 at our discretion this will be sent Royal Mail 2nd Class Recorded and despatched within 48hrs and wholesale customers will arrange their own insurance. Our Contractual Obligations cease once posted.
